Your Vision, Designed in 3D

In addition to asking for certain designs in our catalogue to be remade with different metals than the original, we create 3D custom orders where every bespoke piece begins with your vision. At Soulmate Sparkles, we turn your ideas into a personalised 3D design, allowing you to see and refine your jewellery before it is made.

1. Consultation

Book a consultation and join us for a coffee, as we discuss your ideas, preferred materials, gemstones, budget and measurements. Consultations are available in person or online via your preferred platform.

2. 3D Design

Within 1–2 days, we create three unique 3D concepts using professional design software such as MatrixGold or ZBrush. Each design is rendered realistically so you can view it on your phone or computer.

3. Refine and Approve

Choose your favourite concept and request any final adjustments. Once you are happy with the design, a 50% deposit secures your order and allows manufacturing to begin.

4. Crafting Your Jewellery

Your approved design is brought to life using your chosen materials, including S925 sterling silver, gold or platinum, with gemstones such as lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, emeralds or rubies.

5. Final Confirmation and Delivery

Before shipping, we share a video or arrange a video call so you can see your finished piece. Your jewellery is then carefully prepared for delivery.

From first consultation to delivery, the process typically takes 10–22 days.
